Convex Elite azul

The AFW 10574 Convex Elite model is a half sphere or half balance ball that can be used by people of all classes and ages. It seeks to work the musculature as a whole by proposing global movements that activate the muscles simultaneously. In this way, by working on one area, the adjacent joints and muscle groups are also exercised.
