The 440401 Cast Iron Steel Discs are classic cast iron discs, ideal for powerlifting, weightlifting and free weight training. They are known for being very resistant and are a basic element in strength training.
They are designed for bars with a diameter of 50 mm, which makes them compatible with standard bars used in weightlifting. Available in different weights, from 1.25 kg to 10 kg, and sold in multiples of 2 units. This allows for a gradual progression in weight lifting and a balanced load on the bar.
