PRICES
- It is understood by units and euros.
- These will be those listed in our current rate at the time of order acceptance.

- The prices indicated include 21% VAT, which is applied in Spain, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other countries, where the corresponding tax rate for each territory will be applied, along with the corresponding tariffs based on the generic tariff classification.

MOUNTING
Product prices do not include the cost of assembly; assembly will be the customer’s responsibility. If desired, this service may be contracted separately through ETENON FITNESS, S.L.U. (hereinafter THE COMPANY). To do so, please contact us and request a quote.
Product prices do not include materials for fixing to walls, floors, or ceilings (screws, anchors, glues, cements, rivets, etc.), which will be the customer’s responsibility depending on their needs and the type of material used to fix the items.
AllFreeWeight is not responsible for any damage that may be caused by installations carried out by third parties or subsequent modifications to components in already assembled structures.
TRANSPORT
Delivery times for shipments within the Peninsula are between 5 and 7 business days from the date the order leaves the warehouse, once payment has been received. The buyer will not be entitled to any financial compensation for failure to meet these deadlines.
AllFreeWeight.com will deliver the products purchased by the buyer to the address provided by the buyer via a courier company with curbside delivery. For large or heavy packages that the customer would like delivered to their apartment, please inquire about special services and rates by writing to [email protected].
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If you are not at the address you provided at the time of delivery, the shipping company will leave a notice and contact you to arrange delivery.
In the case of orders with multiple items, you may receive your order in multiple installments, always aiming for the fastest delivery.
When receiving your package, it’s important to check that the packaging and interior are in good condition. VERY IMPORTANT: If you notice any issues, you must notify the shipping company within 24 hours of receiving it, claiming damage to the product, and informing us of the incident. Otherwise, AllFreeWeight.com cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.
You will receive email notifications regarding the shipping status of your order through our logistics provider.
Product prices on the website do not include shipping costs, which are always the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are not included, as are any taxes and any additional shipping costs (insurance, returns, reshipping, customs, reshipping, etc.).
Shipping costs for online purchases to the Iberian Peninsula will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the delivery address (excluding possible reshipments), with Jaén (Spain) as the shipping origin. These costs are calculated and communicated to the customer before confirming the purchase. For customers to whom consumer protection regulations do not apply, merchandise always travels at the buyer’s expense and risk, even in the case of special agreements.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
All materials in stock are immediately available. Products with a specified availability date can be reserved in advance. The date indicated is approximate and may vary due to changes in our manufacturing and logistics processes. In this case, customers who have reserved materials will be promptly informed of any date changes.

CLAIMS
Claims are subject to the provisions of Article 82 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU)
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order if the reason is an error or material defect. In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by AllFreeWeight.

WARRANTY
The warranty offered by Etenon Fitness S.L. covers any manufacturing defects that may be observed in the product’s characteristics.
A manufacturing defect is defined as any original defect not due to mishandling, neglect, lack of maintenance, or deterioration of the material by the customer. Similarly, intensive use that causes premature wear or breakage within the warranty period will exclude the warranty from being covered, as it is not a manufacturing defect, and always depends on the characteristics of the product or its intended use.
Aesthetic defects due to the production process itself, such as: aesthetic imperfections in the rubber, pores in the cast products, dirt due to the release agent, or friction between the cardboard box and the product itself, will not be considered covered under warranty.
Regarding the application period of our guarantees:
- SPANISH PENINSULA: We offer a 1-year warranty on all AllFreeWeight (AFW) accessories for manufacturing defects, except for bands, which will be 6 months. (These bands include: super bands, mini bands, resistance bands, 5-band set, and resistance bands.)
- BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, We offer a 6-month warranty on all AllFreeWeight (AFW) accessories that have suffered from a manufacturing defect.
- PAÍSES UNIÓN EUROPEA, PAÍSES FUERA DE LA UNIÓN EUROPEA: garantía de 6 meses en todos los accesorios de AllFreeWeight (AFW). que hayan sufrido defecto de fabricación. No incluye mano de obra con servicio técnico ni gastos de transporte de piezas.
Please note that this declaration of guarantees for professionals and companies does not affect the 3-year guarantee established for individuals by Article 120 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers, as amended by Royal Decree Law 7/2021. This guarantee will apply to any individual. Individual consumers are considered to be natural persons acting outside of a commercial, business, trade, or professional activity.
In the event that the application of these guarantees is necessary, the seller reserves the right to choose the method of correcting the lack of conformity, whether through repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.
To process any incident, you must present the purchase invoice for the material and send it attached to the email address [email protected], along with photographs or videos that show any defects or deficiencies in the product.
Our customer service team is committed to providing you with a response within 24-48 business hours, in which we will inform you whether this document applies.
RETURNS
In the event that the purchased item has suffered any damage during transport and presents any type of damage due to the same, you must state this in the merchandise delivery document, in addition to notifying us by email to logí[email protected] within a period of 24-48 hours so that we can have proof and manage it.

SURE
All of our manufactured and distributed items are covered by Civil Liability Insurance.
The coverage of such insurance will not cover injuries or personal or property damage resulting directly or indirectly from misuse of such items.
The use of any of our products by any company or organization (profit or non-profit) in any type of leisure or sports facility or during the celebration of any type of public or private event that takes place in either indoor or outdoor locations, must be covered by the managers of said company, facility or event through their own Civil Liability Insurance, unrelated to THE COMPANY.
OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS
THE COMPANY reserves the right of ownership of the supplied merchandise until the buyer has fully paid the amount thereof, in which case it will be considered as a deposit and custody.
Merchandise may be withdrawn for non-payment within the previously stipulated period.
RATES
THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify the rate as often as necessary, without obligation to notify its customers in advance.
THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify any item listed in this price list, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without the express written consent of THE COMPANY.
