Internet sales system

To make a purchase, the user must add the items they wish to purchase to their shopping cart and follow the steps in the purchasing process outlined on our website. Upon completion of this process, which includes the online registration process to identify the buyer, the order is sent electronically to ETENON FITNESS S.L. for processing. If the customer chooses the option indicated on the website, they will receive an email confirming receipt of their order. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed.

Applicable taxes

The prices of the products displayed on the ETENON FITNESS S.L. website include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchases made by individuals or legal entities residing in non-EU member states are exempt from VAT.

Method of payment

When placing an order, the customer can choose to pay for purchases using credit card, PayPal, or financing. In certain cases, and to prevent potential fraud, ETENON FITNESS S.L. reserves the right to request a specific payment method from a customer if the buyer’s identity cannot be clearly verified.

Shipping method and costs

Shipping costs for most products found on allfreeweight.com are €4.85. These terms apply to shipments to the Peninsula. For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary and Balearic Islands, please check the shipping costs for each specific product.

For shipments outside the peninsula, orders must be submitted with a quote, as shipping costs must be included in these orders.

At allfreeweight.com, we take shipping seriously and make every effort to meet our committed delivery times (approximate delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date the order leaves the warehouse, excluding unforeseen events and Saturdays and Sundays). To this end, we use leading carriers such as CBL. The buyer is not entitled to any financial compensation for failure to meet these deadlines.

Etenon Fitness will deliver the products purchased by the buyer to the address provided by the buyer using a courier company with curbside delivery. For large or heavy packages, Etenon Fitness is not responsible for transporting them to the buyer’s residence.

If you are not at the address you provided at the time of delivery, the shipping company will leave a notice and contact you to arrange delivery.

In the case of orders with multiple items, you may receive your order in multiple installments, always aiming for the fastest delivery.

When receiving your package, it’s important to check that the packaging and interior are in good condition. VERY IMPORTANT: If you notice any problems, you must notify the shipping company within 24 hours of receiving it, claiming damage to the product, and notify us of the problem. Otherwise, allfreeweight.com cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.

Delivery

Etenon Fitness reminds customers that the delivery times for items offered are always based on the estimated stock quantities available in the warehouse, without intentionally placing more merchandise than is actually physically in stock. Etenon Fitness will do everything possible to deliver the items ordered by the customer, but in some cases and due to causes that are difficult to control, such as human error or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that some of the items ordered by the customer cannot be delivered. In the event that a product is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be notified via email. At that time, the user will be offered the option to cancel the order in whole or in part, and the corresponding refund will be processed.

The website allfreeweight.com does not guarantee that the articles, products and/or services displayed on the website are available in stock, nor that the prices are current at the time of the website visit. Etenon Fitness reserves the right to make, at any time, any changes and modifications it deems appropriate and necessary to the website without prior notice.

Price

Etenon Fitness reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, always respecting the rates in effect on the day the order is placed, subject to availability on that date.

In the event of any type of error (computer or human) in any price or in the product description, Etenon Fitness reserves the right to cancel the order with the corresponding refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations of any order provided that we have not shipped it and that the product is not “custom-made,” “personalized,” “exclusive,” or “special.” If the product has already been shipped and is not “custom-made,” “personalized,” “exclusive,” or “special,” you must wait to receive it and return it, provided that it meets the conditions explained above.

For its part, Etenon Fitness reserves the right to cancel any order with the corresponding refund of the full amount paid by the customer.

Buyer’s Rights and Return Policy

The customer has a period of 14 business days to exercise their right of withdrawal. The customer must notify ETENON FITNESS within the stipulated period and by any legally permitted means of their desire to exercise their right to terminate the contract.

The returned order will be collected by ETENON FITNESS. It must be delivered along with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued by ETENON FITNESS. IMPORTANT: Returns of products not in their original packaging or damaged due to use will not be accepted.

In the case of defective products, repair and replacement will be subject to the following rule: they will be free of charge for the consumer and user. This free of charge will include the necessary expenses incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.

Return conditions

The circumstances that may trigger a return are the following:

1. You have a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (shipping costs are borne by the customer).
2. The product you ordered does not satisfy you:
   – You can return it via courier to our warehouse or (shipping costs will not be refunded)
   – We can pick it up with our carriers (collection fees apply depending on the weight and volume of the package, which will be deducted at the time of refund).
3. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and must be returned as you received it. Products such as Polar, Suunto, or Compex that have been used in sports activities cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
4. Once the product is in our warehouse and we have verified that it is in the agreed condition, we will proceed with a transfer to the account you indicated. If the order was paid for by card, the refund will be made to your card. Please allow no more than 7 business days from the time we receive it until the money is back in your account.
5. Defective product from the factory: Once allfreeweight.com receives the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case, the exchange will be for the same item or reference. etenonfitness.com will cover the cost of the return and new shipment.
6. Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: allfreeweight.com will cover the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered due to an error by ETENON FITNESS S.L., it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer.

For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, ETENON FITNESS SL, informs the User of the existence of a personal data file created with the data obtained on our website and under its responsibility, for the purposes of information and provision of the services offered on the website, as well as the performance of promotional and advertising activities by any means, including the sending of emails and messages through any system including SMS, UTMS, etc., that may be of interest to you in order to expand and improve our services, adapting our offers to your preferences or needs, based on the study and segmentation of the personal and commercial information that appears in our files as a result of your access to the website, as well as to allow personalized navigation.

The User expressly agrees to the inclusion of data collected while browsing the website, or provided by completing any form, as well as data derived from the business relationship, in the automated personal data file referred to in the first section. During the data collection process, and in each place on the website where such data is requested, the User will be informed, either through a link or through the inclusion of appropriate information on the form itself, of whether the collection of such data is mandatory or not for the provision of our services.

The User may exercise, with respect to the data collected in the manner provided for in the previous section, the rights recognized in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and all the Implementing Regulations plus the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and in particular the rights of access, rectification or cancellation of data and opposition, whenever relevant, as well as the right to revoke consent for the transfer of their data or for any of the aforementioned uses.
