The warranty offered by Etenon Fitness S.L. covers any manufacturing defect that may be evident in the product’s characteristics.
A manufacturing defect is understood to be any original defect, and not due to mishandling, neglect, lack of maintenance, or deterioration of the material by the customer. Similarly, intensive use that causes premature wear or breakage within the warranty period will exclude the warranty from being covered, as it is not a manufacturing defect, and always depends on the characteristics of the product or its intended use.
Aesthetic defects due to the production process itself, such as: aesthetic imperfections in the rubber, pores in cast products, dirt due to the release agent, or friction of the cardboard box with the product itself, will not be considered covered under warranty.
Regarding the applicable warranty period:
- SPAIN MAINLAND: We offer a 1-year warranty on all AllFreeWeight (AFW) accessories for manufacturing defects, except for the bands, which will be 6 months. (The bands include: super bands, mini bands, resistance bands, 5-band set, and resistance bands).
- BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS: We offer a 6-month warranty on all AllFreeWeight (AFW) accessories that have a manufacturing defect.
- EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES, COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: 6-month warranty on all AllFreeWeight (AFW) accessories that have a manufacturing defect. This does not include labor with technical service or transportation costs for parts.
Please note that this warranty statement for professionals and businesses does not affect the 3-year warranty established for individuals by Article 120 of the General Consumer Protection Act, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. This warranty will apply to any individual. Individual consumers are considered to be individuals acting outside of a commercial, business, trade, or professional activity.
Should the application of these warranties be necessary, the seller reserves the right to choose the method of remedying the lack of conformity, whether through repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.
To process any incident, it is necessary to present the purchase invoice for the equipment and send it to the following email address: [email protected], including photographs or videos that demonstrate any defects or deficiencies in the product.
Our customer service team is committed to providing you with a response within 24-48 business hours, during which we will indicate whether this document applies.
RETURNS
If the purchased item has been damaged during shipping and shows any type of damage due to this, please note this on the delivery note and notify us by email at logÃ[email protected] within 24-48 hours so we can be aware of and process it.
For returns to individuals, if the item does not meet the customer’s needs, they will have 14 business days to return it. The item will be packaged in its original box or packaging, so it can be returned to our facilities as it was sent, with the customer being responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
If the original packaging is not preserved, Etenon Fitness S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return.
If, upon arrival at Etenon Fitness S.L., the after-sales service department detects that the product has been tampered with or shows signs of wear, Etenon Fitness S.L. may not accept the return of the item, and the item will be returned to the buyer.
To process the refund, the customer must contact the sales representative who assisted them, who will handle the return.
Etenon Fitness S.L. will not accept returns due to withdrawal from companies or professionals, nor will it accept returns of materials manufactured expressly upon request (the latter also applying to purchases from individuals).
